The Startup Stock Exchange ("SSX"), provides securities exchange related services, such as Brokerage and Listing Advisory, enabling the owners of startups and small businesses to attract qualified global investors to buy shares of their companies on a public stock exchange, the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange N.V. ("DCSX"), thereby providing access to a regulated and transparent marketplace for all participants.
SSX Advisors Corp is a licensed Listing Advisor and SSX Brokers NV is a licensed broker, of the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange N.V. The DCSX is a self-regulating securities exchange, located on Curacao, licensed by the Ministry of Finance and supervised by the Central Bank of Curacao and St. Maarten. Investing in startups involves very high risks and it should be done only as part of a diversified investment portfolio.
