Comprehensive Vetting of Listed Companies

On the Startup Stock Exchange, all Listed Companies undergo a vetting process. This six-step vetting and approval process ensures that only the most promising Companies are listed on SSX. Only 2% to 3% of all applicants are approved to list on SSX.

Most investors do not have the time nor resources to properly conduct due diligence on every opportunity. At SSX, an extensive review is performed before a Company is approved for listing. SSX investigates the team, the business model, the financial information, business partnerships, the marketplace, potential liabilities and the backgrounds of the owners and management. For every Listed Company a comprehensive Offering Prospectus is produced by SSX. This document is available for all Verified Investors to review prior to making any investment.

SSX offers a diversity of business sectors and Companies from around the world. For example, Investors in India are able to invest in Latin America or Investors in Australia can invest in European companies. SSX brings Investors and Companies together on one global marketplace.
